Good BP set!
Reliable, accurate set. The cuff doesn't always hold up that well but I've tried a few brands and this one is the best of them. There seems to be some confusion about the red numbers (80-160). One reviewer claimed that it lets you know when the systolic number is getting too high but that is NOT correct. Systolic is the top number. 120/80 has been the industry standard for normal BP and both of those numbers are in the red zone, so that theory doesn't make any sense. What I figure is that it's showing the high numbers for DIASTOLIC (bottom number) which will ideally be around 80 or less. That, or this was designed before they kept lowering the bar for normal bp (and it's still showing 80-160 as the normal range).

Good customer service
2nd Update: Well, we feel a little sheepish. Bought this for our daughter, and thought it didn't work. Seller quickly refunded the money, but left a 3 star rating because we needed to find a new bp cuff. Turns out our daughter was using it incorrectly. She started the nursing program and they showed her how to use it correctly, and she is currently using the original cuff with no issues. She said a lot of other students are using the same cuff that they all bought off Amazon. She was told by her professors that cuffs need to be calibrated every 6 months or so, and that can be expensive, so most just buy a new cuff instead. Looks like we will be back again for a new cuff when she needs one, and this is a bargain. Giving this product 5 stars for great customer service, and a decent product for a decent price. Just make sure someone who knows what they are doing shows you how to use it.UPDATE: Seller provided full refund based on feedback below. Moved to 3 stars based on their customer service.ORIGINAL: When you pump up the cuff, the velcro pulls apart. Not very professional, and I'd imagine not very effective to get an accurate reading. I'm just learning, but I'm not happy with this cuff.

Light weight and functional, good value
This is a lightweight and functional Bp cuff, and good value for money. We use them for travel and for training healthcare workers. Although it takes a little time to learn to take a manual BP, these are more accurate than automatic cuffs and do not require a battery! Important to note that you’ll need to have your own stethoscope to do a manual BP using this cuff.

for my larger patients
It says it is for the thigh BP, but I have patients that their upper arms are quite large (almost like a thigh). This gives me a more accurate reading because the regular cuff is too small for them. Seems a little cheap on the cuff, but it works. Good for the price and it's not used everyday.
