If you are looking for a good service tool and GREAT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, this is the one for you! See below for details: The scanner MK900-BT arrived, and it was slightly used and already registered. I bought the unit on sale and Amazon does not have a replacement policy. They were going to simply refund my money, and I would have had to purchase another unit at full price or wait for another unit to go on sale. I contacted the seller via email [email protected] and explained the situation. They responded the next day and apologized for the mix-up. They said Amazon fulfillment probably checked the unit when it was returned, and thought would be OK to send out as it was still in the original packaging. The scanner worked fine, it just had some minor scratches on the screen protector, and it looked like it could have possibly had something spilled on it. I did not want to take a chance on that. Autel Tech offered to simply reregister the MK900-BT in my name or replace it with a brand-new unit. I chose to replace it with a new one, and they did not hesitate to send me a prepaid shipping label to return the used scanner and once they received it, they shipped me a brand-new unit. They even offered to send me a free accessory for all the trouble. I would not hesitate to purchase something from this seller again. The seller is Autel Tech. Working with this seller was better than dealing with Amazon. Thank you again Autel Tech for standing behind your products! The scanner is very nice. Easy to setup and use. The Bluetooth (BT) works great. I highly recommend BT over the cable. You can close the vehicle door and take the scanner all the way around the vehicle with no issues at all. I have used the Autel MK808-BT a good bit in the past and it works great. The MK900-BT does all the same features as well as many additional features. It also supports DIOP and Can FD out of the box. The bidirectional control works great. You can pulse fuel injectors, cooling fan relays, AC clutch, fuel pumps, window regulators, etc. if the vehicle supports these functions. This is a very nice feature packed scanner for the money. It seems to do everything that is advertised. I have used it on different make/model vehicles as old as 1998 and as new as 2017 and it seems to work fine on those models. Autel maintains software updates regularly. Updating the software is very easy and strait forward. Bottom line: If you are looking for a good service tool and GREAT service after the sale, you cannot go wrong with this one!

I have been using the MK900BT scanner for several weeks and I am very satisfied with its performance. The Bluetooth connection is fast and stable, which makes work much easier without the need for cables. Scan barcodes accurately and quickly, even in low-light conditions or with slightly damaged labels. The battery has an excellent durability and the ergonomic design allows you to use it for long days without causing fatigue. In addition, the configuration was very simple, and the compatibility with different operating systems has been impeccable. In summary, it is a reliable, efficient device with great value for money. Ideal for both small businesses and more demanding environments. Totally recommended!

Great diagnostic tool, was able to find out what was wrong with my vehicle and fix it for cheaper than taking it to a dealership. Easy to use and allows more extended testing than just code reading. The VIN scanning and locense plate scanning is also very nice snd convenient to have. Highly recommend for anyone who works on their own vehicles.

So far this scantool has proven to be just as good as a top tier brand name one. Very pleased thus far with the capabilities, how fast it runs and the overall quality. A must have for any working shop.

Really pleased with the ease of use, and the display. I ve had the handheld OBD scanner before, but this is definitely a lot better with more functions. I’m a DIYer and I use it for simple tasks, but it has more complex (live data)functions to make diagnosis of a vehicle with ease. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality OBD scan tool.

Overall really great device! Kind of confusing at first but you get used to it. Only issue is the immobilizer functions on mine do not work properly. Product details a bit misleading with that. Probably only works with older model vehicles. Battery life is great! Amazing value for what it costs.

The Autel MaxiCOM MK900BT is hands-down the best mid-range scanner l've ever owned. I've been a professional mechanic for about 11 years now and have gone through more scan tools than I can count: Snap-On, Launch, ThinkCar, etc. My old MK808 started acting up, so I decided to step up and buy the Autel MaxiCOM MK900BT, and honestly... I wish l'd bought this thing a while ago. It's basically 95% of what an MS908 or Ultra does, but at literally 1/4 the price. For an independent shop or serious DiYer, this is the sweet deal. Autel Customer Service - Actually Outstanding This is the part that surprised me the most. I've heard many things about Autel support in the past, but whatever they've done in the last couple of years, it's working. They’ve offered to answer every random "how do l..." question. They’re always polite, always knowledgeable, never tried to upsell me anything. Their support feels like dealing with a high-end tool company now, not the "good luck" reputation other companies give. The MaxiCOM MK900BT is fast, powerful, future-proof with 40+ service functions and counting, and priced insanely well for what you get. I bought this scanner as a Christmas gift for my Husband. We had a few teething problems setting it up but this was quickly rectified by Vanessa and the excellent customer service team. My husband is very happy with the scanner. So far he's used it a number of times and is very impressed with it.

A very powerful tool that is really well priced considering the functions it has. It is also fast and easy to use. The customer service has also been excellent

So far so good. We use it in our shop and it works well. Still learning it's features but so far so good. Be prepared to update software for a couple of days before use though.......

I got MK900BT and i worked for several days on it after that i came here to review this product. This is the best step i took to get this as i gave my car to garage and they were not able to find the problem and my brother is also mechanic so he saw some of scanners and found this one that will dignose and when we got he find the problem and finally did my car as i own BMW 540i x drive. So i highly recommend this product and it has all the features that i garage mechanic need. So i highly recommend and thanks to autel customer service as well who guided me well and explain me the difference between other scanners too. Thanks Autel
