Beautiful colours highly recommend for your art projects

I used the chameleon flakes in 2 ways: 1st by dusting the mould & 2nd by mixing them straight into the resin. While mixed into the resin they didnt look bad, it was nothing compared to how it looks if you dust the mould with them. As you can see the ones where i dusted the moulds turned out absolutely stunning. The chameleon flakes came with a little brush for the dusting and the flakes do stick to the brush quite well when you take them out of the (very) little containers. But what annoyed me is that still flakes where flying quite a lot, even if you didnt move,as if you were blowing on them. I also had issues at times to get them to stick to parts of the moulds and i feel that due to this i used more than i should have to use. But once you manage to dust the whole mould it turns out amazing. The best thing to do is using black resin to make the colours pop, but due to this the dusting method doesn't work with UV resin as the UV light doesnt penetrate the black resin even if you do thin layers. So I'll sugest to use tge dusting method with epoxy resin to avoid disappointment when trying to remove it from the mould realizing that parst are still liquid I really liked the chameleon flakes & will order them again

These flakes are great - I don't use them with resin, but attach them to things using acrylic size (like you use with gold leaf) and then sprinkle the flakes on this - if required top coat with an acrylic lacquer. You could use them to decorate cards, artworks, wooden items - whatever you want to have a spectacular coloured shimmery/metallic looking effect on. Easy to use - if a little messy - the flakes go everywhere!!! Work on a tray with high edges to confine the flakes and then you can gather up and save the ones that escape!!!

I've had the chameleon powders previously and still do as they last such a long time and thought why not try the chameleon flakes, they look lovely although at the moment I just add them to my resin and although they come out lovely they don't have quite the same impact as the powders do so I'm thinking I'm going to try brushing them onto my moulds as I often do with the powder so at the moment I've only given 4 stars until I know if or how else to use the chameleon flakes, they are very easy to apply into my resin though and reasonable value for money. I still recommend them as they are lovely colours, however you look they seem to change colour

Nice colours and effects.

These beautiful flakes make lovely resin pieces. I find it set to brush the flakes onto the mould then burnish well. Once the resin has been poured and cured the flakes adhere to the resin piece. The colours are really vibrant. Well worth the money.

I have been wanting to try these out for a while now. The colours are amazing though a bit messy to apply but I would definitely buy more in the future. Let's Resin products are always good quality I just wish I could buy all of there products but not all can be delivered to my address in Northern Ireland.

Very nice colors but not like the powder they don't spread easily but they give beautiful effect the amount is small but little will give you good effect if spread wisely !

Each container contains 1/2 gram of powder/flakes. Since most of us don't understand the metric system, I included photos for size reference, because when I opened the package, I was a little taken back by its small size. Decent powder. Good amount for small projects like nails or figurines. It gives almost a speckled look when finished.

These colours are beautiful but boy they’re very messy, I can’t be bothered with such a big clean up, but yeah pretty.
