However, if you are not comfortable fixing it yourself or using a hex key, take the assemble option while buying.

The chair is really nice. Its very stylish ad the arm and neck support is amazing. Assembly was also pretty quick and easy once you read the instructions. The seat is on the firmer side, but it’s still very comfortable. I work from home and this chair is perfect.

I recently purchased this office chair with high hopes for comfort and support, but unfortunately, it has been a complete letdown. The primary issue is the lack of adjustability in the backrest. It’s supposed to have a feature that allows you to bend the back support, but after assembling it, the backrest is stuck in a bent-down position and can’t be adjusted at all. This has made it incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for long periods, as I can't even find a neutral position. To make matters worse, even the assembly team couldn't figure out how to operate it properly. They tried their best, but were just as confused as I was about why the backrest is stuck. I had to contact customer service to ask for a solution, but so far, the chair remains unusable. In terms of build quality, it feels decent, but the lack of proper functionality makes it almost impossible to use. If you’re looking for an ergonomic chair with flexible back support, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

I bought this chair about a year ago and used it for over 14 hours a day, every single day! It was so comfortable and supportive that I didn’t even realize how much I loved it until I moved to another city. I gave it to a friend and bought a similar-looking chair in my new place… but wow, nothing could compare. The new chair just wasn’t the same not as comfortable, not as sturdy. I missed my old chair so much, I tried to buy it again and ship to new city but found seller is not shipping there and then I asked my friend to return it to me when I moved back. Now that I have it again, I’m more than happy it’s like being reunited with an old friend. This chair has outlived my expectations, survived constant heavy use, and is worth way more than I paid for it. Please, seller, if you’re reading this… bring it back to Dubai! I know I’m not the only one who would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I ordered this chair for work from home and overall happy with it. Although instructions are not very details but good enough to assemble. Assembly is fast. The design is perfect for long hours work and i feel good support for my back. Height adjustment also works excellent. Next day fast delivery. Overall, I found this chair to be good value for money as a brand new chair.

If your weight is 50kg above, forget about this item. Its good only for kids, not comfortable at all, I’m sure it will not last long, the build and the material is feel very cheap. Will anyway Cheap item comes with Cheap quality.

I was adding up numbers on a project I was doing, when my calculator broke, so I needed a replacement in a hurry. The Seller was prompt with delivery. The calculator is easy to use, & comes with instructions, so you know what each key does. Like the large numbers, & battery operation, as living in Florida we have a lot of power outages. Its a good chair. I a bit over weight so having a sturdy chair is important. The plastic creeks sometimes, reminding me not to be over comfortable. but it is holding up just fine up to now (5 days)
