I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option. It’s incredibly loud and doesn’t keep the time at all.

This is the second clock like this that I bought! Clients always seem to love it and it generates a lot of discussion. My only complaint is that they can break easily of they get dropped or you don't treat them nicely. I also suggest adding a command strip or sticky tack to anchor it to the shelf bc everyone wants to touch it.

The clock mechanism worked, but the clock face was difficult to read. It's definitely more of a display piece than a functional clock. And that would've been fine. It's rather small. And that would've been fine as well.What wasn't fine was the speckled paint on the left side and the smeared paint on the bottom. It looked and felt cheap and corroded, not nice and shiny all over like the pic in the ad.Also, the clock was weirdly off-balance and wouldn't stay on just a shelf; it needed a vertical surface behind it to keep from falling. I envisioned this hanging off a bookshelf or a mantle, but that didn't work at all. Other than the side of my desk, I couldn't get it to stay up anywhere.The mechanism was bulky and sounded like a broken wind-up toy rather than a clock. The battery was not included.Overall, it was cheap junk, and I returned it. I had intended it as a Mother's Day gift, but I would've been horrifically embarrassed to give this trash to anyone. It definitely wasn't good enough for my mom.

I received the product today, and I am kind of disappointed when I saw it. You could clearly find this is a low quality product with some defects. However, I put it on the top of the bookshelf, so people will probably not take a closer look at it. I don’t want to waste time to return or replace, so I just kept it.
