Very disappointed in this may. The ratings were very high however a month and 1/2 into using it, the white is almost gone completely and it just looks dirty and gross I would not recommend purchasing this at all for any reason. Doormats are supposed to be used to wipe one's feet. This does not take the wear and tear at all

This is an outdoor mat but when it gets wet it turns the surface beneath it brown. If you pick it up to hang it to dry out after a heavy rain it drips brown water on the floor/porch. I have it in a screened porch and have only had it for a few weeks - have to throw it away as it is ruining my floors. Not a good purchase.

I didn't have any issues with shipping - it wasn't torn or anything. It came in a woven plastic sack (like that type that large quantities of rice comes in) that was made to fit the size of the mat. It shed a fair amount inside the sack but didn't have any thinning patches or anything when I took it out. It has a good thickness to it, and the design is as pictured. My only complaint is that the bottom layer of the mat has no sort of grip and I have it sitting on carpet, so I have to adjust it's position every now and then.As far as wear goes, I use it in an indoor apartment hallway, so I can't speak to that.

faded to a dark brown in a month. so dark you can't see any of the print. just looks like a plain brown mat. don't buy it!

I ordered a letter W and it looks like M upside down. So it works. It got stained in the rain. Is very heavy and the material can scratch. With all that, I happen to like it. Just be warned.

Am a long time user and guest abuser of all sorts doormats over the years in Texas harsh weather, so was very excited to see the quality & value in this mat that arrived, well boxed, looking great, thick, cleaning bristles at the ready.YES WAS as bright as the photo! Not that this would carry the weight of -1 star rating?!?!?!?Quality product, fast shipping even at twice the price - no wonder they are running out of them

Looks great(just had porch floor re-finished) and my wife loves it. We have not dealt with mud or snow yet but I have no reason to believe it won't perform to expectations.

I had only had this mat 8 days when I noticed the outer rubber was cracking and splitting. It is at my front door which is inset and protected from the hot sun and the weather. I am VERY disappointed in this product as usually this type of mat lasts me about 5 years. Will NOT recommend this product to anyone!
