Audiobox 96
I ordered this kit and had to return it to Amazon. The Audiobox was defective, everything that was recorded had a terrible hissing background noise. It was still under warranty from Presonus, but I found dozens of reviews and videos of buyers who sent the box back to Presonus for repair only to have it sent back and forth 3-4 times before it was finally fixed. I just didn't have time for that kind of wait, so I sent it back to Amazon since it was within the refund time. I then purchased the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 from Amazon and it is working perfectly. I know any manufacturer can occasionally produce a bad product and it's just the roll of the dice that I got a bad one, but the way the company responds is the key. Forcing a client to wait months before you fix the issue is wrong.

Easy to record and stream/export
This product has made my 2020 feel some joy. Not only is it easy to install, there is a template specifically built in for podcast production. So happy with the quality and easy to use features.. Highly recommended for people new to podcasting.
