Q: Is there any external monitor recommendation for this laptop? I like the setup with two monitors for working from home

don't try to use a docking station to connect the 2 monitors using the C type USB because it wont work, I spent hours in the phone with HP technical service (they charge $16 subscription) and they told me that the C type USB the laptop has is not Thunderbolt then is not compatible for video transmission.

Q: Does it work with external monitor ?

The mini C port does not support display output (with or without a mini hub). HDMI port works great, as well as a USB-A port, with a hub (using a j5 currently).

Q: Jan. 29th: I inserted a flash drive into this brand new computer and now I cannot eject it. What is wrong?

Are you talking about the eject function on the computer or physically removing the flash drive? It is definitely a tight fit and required a good pull to get it out. I have had the computer for only two days and am wondering if that will loosen up a bit.
