Strong stuff
I used this for mint ice cream but as I knew it was stronger than the average extract I halved the quantity - ice cream came out beautiful

Tangerine, more like very faint orange
Quite disappointed in this, tangerine isn my favourite flavour, but this doesn't really work well at all. It's very faint and not as sweet as tangerine, it's more orange.

Strong but minty?
I got berry blend, it's an okay flavour but it's got a strong mint taste, it's like cherry airwaves. Fine because I like that flavour but it was unexpected and I wouldn't want to be putting it in food.

A no from me.
I guess this review will be quite subjective. I wanted to flavour Cola with this (rum flavour). The instructions only have ratios for baked goods. I started with 5 drops in 200ml. There was a noticeable Rum flavour but not enough for my liking. 10 drops were almost the same as 5 but then I got a weird chemical aftertaste. 15 drops, still a no from me, and a definite odd aftertaste. I mixed 10 drops with vodka and no difference.
