Good flag pole. Comes in pieces that screw into one another. Has really nice swivel mounts with quick attach clamps that lock. Mounted it on the house with a new flag. Looks great.

Awesome, easy to install, flag pole! This flag was the perfect addition to the front of our house. I love the white pole. The size is exactly right for a ranch style home. It seems like it will withstand the weather. 💨

The flag staff and connectors are fine. Assembly is easy. Flagstaff is very sturdy which was a concern before I got it. Well made and looks good. My problem was with the screws for the flagstaff holder. Screws are of a soft metal. Two of the screw heads stripped while using electric drill-driver at about 80% into relatively soft wood with a pilot hole during installation. I recall other reviews mentioning this. Had to remove the two screws with a vice grip type pliers and will reinstall with better screws. The holder itself looks nice it appears to be well made. The only issue is the screws.

I am very disappointed in this flag pole! The flag was excellent quality but the pole could not withstand the wind. I am very disappointed because I live in a small town and take pride in my country…The 4th of July etc is coming up and I do not have the means to buy another pole. The add stated it would hold the size flag that I purchased and it did not hold up. The 30 day window for returns is up but I would more than appreciate a replacement so I can at least celebrate Independence Day with my town

I had an issue and emailed the address on the little pamphlet that was included in the box. They responded promptly and very courteously, and provided help. Excellent customer service! Also, great product!

I was disappointed when it first arrived because it comes in pieces, and the last pole I owned was in pieces and came apart in the high wind. But these pieces are different. They screw together soundly. I've had it up now for months and it has endured very high winds with no problem. It does have a bit of the wrap-around problem that the previous pole had (it's mounted at about a 45º above horizontal), but not nearly as much. And flag weights solve that easily.
