Emergency Medical Information ID Card (4 Pack) Triple-Layered 38 Pt Card Stock

Ordered these for my husband who was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes & wears no jewelry except his wedding ring. Really nice heavy duty emergency alert cards that fit in wallet. There are 4 in the pack so if anything changes about health issues you have extras to use.

I love that the top of the card extends above a wallet sleeve so it can be found quickly in the event of an emergency. All the information typically required fits into the areas quite well and is easily legible.

Is a good cover for a File Of Life to be kept by our front door.

Thick cards, great product holds up to taking it in and out of a wallet.

I should have looked more closely at these. They are literally cards with basic information spaces like any card that comes with a wallet. I could have written this info out on index cards and stuck it in my wallet. Disappointing.

It doesn’t provide enough important data that would help in case of emergency. I could do better to print my personal health data on a 3”x5” card, place it inside a plastic bag, and keep it in my purse.

Must have if you need med cards handy. A big pack allows for multiple changes to be added to your health info
