Absolutely shocking, we've owned ours just over a year by like 10days and it's stopped working. Contacted the supplier through Amazon and no response. This product isn't fit for purpose, we are only a domestic house so used lightly in comparison to businesses.Honestly avoid this product, poor quality to only last a year and no response from the supplier.

Nice machine, I am still thinking its a bit too expensive as the all Machine is made by plastic.

Bought this for our small office, liked the look of it from the photos but was underwhelmed with the actual product once I received it. Is less substantial than I thought, very lightweight and feels cheap. The major issue though is when I put it in the office. The water is dispensed by holding a glass to the faucets at the back, which means anyone that has their mouth to a glass is potentially spreading germs to others who use their glass after them. I hadn’t really realised this till I got the cooler. Going to switch this one to my home and get a new cooler for the office that has the traditional taps. Overall disappointed sadly.
