I find these stoneware mugs to be perfect for preparing overnight steel cut oats in the refrigerator. They’re attractive, with a look and feel more like tableware, compared to the popular alternative of eating out of mason jars. The lids make this set more convenient and eco-minded compared to preparing oats in a regular refrigerated bowl covered in saran wrap. The mug and lid set transitions seamlessly between refrigerator to microwave, then to table and finally to dishwasher. After microwaving the oats I add fresh fruit or berries and a sprinkle of sliced almonds on top—there is plenty of room to fit it all. The silicone sleeve makes it easy to grip the mug while eating, and since the heated oat portion remains in the base, there is no problem with the mug feeling too hot to handle. When I first received the set I almost returned it, believing it to be defective, because the lids kept popping up, but then I found they would easily stay seated by placing the lid on the mug and lifting one corner to gently expel some of the trapped air (similar to “burping” the Tupperware of yesteryear). The nordic blue is a lovely medium blue. The lid functions perfectly as a light cover (but probably wouldn't stay on well if the cup were inverted). The set has a nice weight to it and feels like something that is quality-made and will last the test of time. A really nice addition to any kitchen, especially if there are any steel cut oat eaters in the family.

Nice stoneware mugs. They look great too. I wanted something with a lid to hold heat. These lids are silicone so probably not retaining much heat. But I don’t care. The lid helps keep stuff out while I’m at work. It can get dusty.The lid won’t hold up well to spills. It’s silicone and just kind of smushes into place. It’s mainly to keep stuff out of your beverage.The silicone grip is nice too. Some people complain about it still getting hot. I don’t find that to be true. Warm? Definitely but I put espresso/Americano in mine and it works well. I suppose if you’ve got soft office workers hands it might be hot.I wash in a countertop dishwasher so it doesn’t get ripping hot. I’ve not had problems with the silicone parts. Either way it would probably handle it. I plan to get a couple more of these mugs. Worth the price

Wish the lids sealed a bit better! I had hoped these would withstand some gentle shaking, so that I could mix some warm milk and sweetener for my coffee. Found out the hard way that I was wrong! Still use the cups, but lids are now strictly for storage :)

Use this product for coffee and hot chocolate keeps it warm

Loved the idea of these. Love everything about them, except the lids don’t stay on very well, with hot liquid inside. So they don’t keep the coffee as warm as I’d like. Other than that, they’re fantastic! I can just put the cup in the microwave, minus the lid, if needed.

These are great. The lids aren’t very useful, so if you need a good seal you may want to choose something else. The lid is ok for preventing sloshing while carrying your cup to where you’ll drink it, but not really sturdy. The cups on the other hand more than make up for the lids. I’ll definitely buy more if they go on sale. They’re such a pretty beige color and so far they’ve done great in the dishwasher. I’d recommend them.

Very disappointed. These mugs fell short on all my expectations. (1) I thought the rubber ban would keep the coffee warm and the cup cool enough that I could handle the cup. Unfortunately, the heat exchange was the opposite, making the cup impossible to hold. (2) The rubber cup top Is useless. It doesn't fit snug enough to keep the coffee in the cup. (3) Very surprised Corell didn't test the functionality of these cups. If they had they wouldn't be on the market. Nice color.
