We've been looking to replace some chairs for over a year. (Thanks cats for clawing the life out of the old chairs.) We've been to every furniture store in our area and to some stores in not so nearby areas too. We then tried Ikea, Home Sense, Home Goods, Home Depot, department stores, etc. All without luck. We then decided to give these a go. Can always return right?Well surprise surprise - these chairs look and feel better than expected. The appear well made and are comfortable. They swivel easily. all 4 legs on all 4 chairs are even! Assembly was straight forward, not too lengthy, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Moreover, the packing for these things was well thought out and executed. They were packed so they could really hold up to the shipping. That indicates some care and attention to detail to me.While I cannot comment on the longevity of the chairs (I just put 4 of them together this morning), I've been impressed with everything else so far.

We’ve been looking for a long time for counter height stools with blue that match our other decor and also swivels. These barstools are a perfect match for what we needed. For less than $200 apiece the quality is good and the brown wood matches our pottery barn dining room table set. It did take over half an hour to put each stool together and didn’t use any standard tools (like a drill!) so that was kind of a hassle. But overall very pleased!

Been shopping a while for bar stools for our kitchen island. We chose these cause swivel , which we wanted and reviews . Well, they came promptly, very very well packaged… everything you need to quickly and easily assemble. So so comfy….

Very easy assembly for the chairs that were labeled; 3 of the 4 we received were missing parts labels so it was good to have all 4 unpacked and compare what leg was part B, part C etc. I love the 360° smooth swivel with no snap back to front & center. Also well packaged, FedEx delivered the box wet & damaged but the chairs were fine. These are large also; the 4 stools completely fill the 100” opening of our island; depending on size of adults 3 might give more elbow room. Seem to work well from my 5’4” height up to our 6’+ family members. Very good price for the quality.

Moved into a new home and needed new stools for my "Counter height" island. My old stools are "bar height." These new stools are the perfect height. I love that they swivel, have sturdy 4 legs. I got the gray stone color and I could have not made a better choice. During the day the light that bounces around enhances the green palette I have in the room.

When I came across these barstool I feel in love with them. However, if I listened to the reviews they wouldn't be in my kitchen now. Unpacking these stools took less than two minutes. All you have to do is cut the tape at the top of the chair and lift it out of the wrapping, once you pull off the inner covering. The same applies for the legs but you just have to cut the tape from the side and lift out of wrapping. As far as the reviews go for adding washers and rigging the base to the actual seat wasn't the case. There is sufficient clearance for the seat to turn in all directions and there was no rubbing at all as described in previous reviews. The most important key to installation is taking the proper time to screw then adjust the plate without tightening the screws at once. If you take this simple step the stools will not require any additional store bought washers, screws or whatever else others have mentioned. This comes from the professional furniture installer that I live with. He said it also helps if you use a hex drill. It is faster and allows you the proper flexibility to adjust the plate while installing the screws provided. Now let's get to the quality of the stools. We bought three of them singlerly because it was most cost effective and all three matched in color. I caught them on sale. Not sure why the single stool cost more alone than the set. Thank goodness it went on sale and buying 3 independent stools was better than purchasing a set and 1 individual one. The stools are very beautiful and has thick comfortable cushions. The only con is that I really which merchants take the time to show the true color of their products because these stools were a little darker than what I expected. Fortunately, despite the shade being darker, they still worked well in my kitchen. We just got them today so I hope the fabric last even though I did purchase the warranty that I hope I will never have to use. I am glad that I did not listen to the negative reviews like I started to. I think this is a great purchase after searching various companies and not finding well cushioned stylish stools and the price was right!

I thought this stool would be faux suede but it was a faux leather product looking like suede or microfiber. I was afraid my pets’ claws would tear it as they jumped up on it. I’ll have to return it for a fabric covered stool. Also, I noticed my fingers would get pinched between the seat and the swivel piece when I grabbed the stool at the sides, not a good thing!!

We literally have been searching for counter height bar stools for nearly a year - our old ones were so dinged up after three kids and many dogs. After ordering and returning three other sets (one of which we couldn't return and are now sitting in our garage!) we found these and they are perfect. Sit high enough so that you are perfectly aligned with the counter, super comfortable, foot rest is at the perfect height, and look so elegant. Kicking myself I didn't search on Amazon at the beginning.
