Great range of features and excellent energy savings
I bought this (after much research) because it offered a combination of combi, convection, dehydration, and several other functions. After many months of daily use I am extremely impressed. I don't have a microwave oven and this is an efficient way of reheating without loss of quality, but it also is a high quality small format home combi, as well as convection and top broil oven. It is less effective at conventional baking because it lacks a bottom element, but that's a minor shortcoming.I have used this and the Duxtop single burner induction to replace my gas/electric range during warmer months because the range heated up my apartment so much it overwhelmed my air conditioning. The only thing I use the range for in the summer is to bake bread early in the morning. I actually got a phone call from my energy utility saying they were going to send someone out to check my utility connections because there was evidence that my gas connection was defective. I asked if that was gas only and if they were showing electric usage; they said that was the case. I told them not to worry. That's how much it reduced my energy bills; I had almost zero gas usage for five months. It's very easy to clean except I do have a little baked on oil splatter (not severe). It also has preset functions for people who don't cook from scratch very often; I don't use those so I can't comment on them.

I am so disappointed in this.
I was excited to get this oven. But I am so disappointed in it. There are no recipes in the book. Or on the oven itself. The ad says it does, but no way. It just asks what temp you want. I paid $499.99 for this oven, and it really sucks. I thought for the money, it would something special. I should have bought the one at Walmart for less money. All the controls are on the bottom of the oven, and you have to bend over to see them. Not good for a bad back. The oven door is a little tough to open. However, it is nice looking. And fairly easy to operate.

Great for steamed seafood and dimsum
Style (simple, clean, white) is good and works well in a modern kitchen, Usage - light inside allows preview of food cooking, it's easier to put in food before the preheat, however the preset times including preheat cycle could be too long based on the programs for the type of food, this means more experimentation by the user is needed. Also nice is the 2 knob design, it looks good; the help instructions on the door work well, however, just a little more detail and suggestions for temperature settings based on type of food, for example, what temperature for scallops, etc. would be helpful. The 2 knob design, while nice looking, makes the controls more complicated. The interior space is tight for 3 rack areas, it works very well with 2 stacks, also it's not clear how to pour out all of the water from the tank. Residual water is a little concerning. We've used simple filtered water and this appears to work fine - there is no residue left in the tank.Size - there is enough space to make multiple types of food at the same time. With use and experience, which food goes in first and for how long before the next type of food goes in, gets easier. Optimal, 2 rack areas, not 3 rack areas.

Used for almost a year
Been using almost a year from now, it's very great to steam and bake. It doesn't takes time to heat it up, but after that not a problem. Wouldn't recommend for air fry because takes long time to heat up. It's perfect for fish and veggies for steaming.

Design faults
This oven has two major design faults:1. Long pre-heat time; it took more than 10 minutes to reach 400 degrees F;2. When cooking is completed, the warning buzz level is so low you can hardly hear. Need to use a timer to compensate for this fault. Not to buy a product similar to this again.

Fotile the better than microwave oven. Air fryer, convection, steam
Excellent for cooking, and reheating especially. Food tastes fresh. Heats up in minutes saving energy. Cleaning is easy.

slick looking oven
First of all I like the look of it, even with so many days passed after purchasing it. By far it is functioning well enough and I am happy with the purchase generally. What I like about it:- look. The look is just great. I already got a bunch of compliments from friends.- energy efficient. I guess the specifications are not off, as the electricity usage did not spike even though it was used a lot. A lesser hit on the bill compared to the built-in oven, especially when I was not making a lot of food.- versatility. I haven’t tried enough but I’ve been using it to make all kinds of stuff. It is great that I don’t need to get another air fryer and all. What I do not like about it:- instructions could be better. I’m not saying the instructions are not helpful because they still provide most of the information you need- a tad difficult to start. Not just the instructions. The oven itself is not that intuitive if you are not very familiar with all these functionalities of ovens. If there can be easier starter guides (like videos), it will be a lot easier to use
