I received the stainless steel railing which is very good, sturdy quality. Unfortunately, the bag of screws was missing. One phone call to the company (I spoke to Brandon who was very knowledgeable and courteous) and the parts arrived urgent mail in two days to me in Texas. I rate this company very highly in them wanting to please the customer. Thank you, Brandon!

The only downside to this purchase was the missing set screws. I saw other reviews here that said the same thing. The parts came all taped up in a mess of packing tape with screws falling out as I opened the box. I found two replacement set screws at the local hardware store. Other than this issue, I was fully satisfied with this purchase.I had this 10 foot bar mounted horizontally in the hallway, to accommodate a handicapped family member. It matches the other stainless steel grab bars that were installed in the home by a local company. But the local company didn't have anything over four feet long, and were very expensive compared to this much longer and less expensive bar that covers the length of my hallway now. My lowest cost grab bar was this one, even including some additional carpentry and installation work that I paid to have done to strengthen the mounting to accommodate the potential of a person's body weight on it.The stainless steel mounting holes in the bar are not compatible with the sixteen inch spacing of the studs in the wall. The mounting kit comes with Molly screws to mount the bar on to the sheet rock. I hired a carpenter to fabricate and finish a ten foot length of decorative hardwood(4"x 3/4" x 10 feet with decorative routing of the edges) and mount it to the hallway wall. Then this bar was mounted to that hardwood. After he completed the installation, he picked his feet up off the ground and held his whole body weight on the bar. The whole installation now, including the bar and associated mounting brackets, is rock solid now. For the non-handicapped, the Molly screws in to the sheetrock alone may be a good enough way to mount a stairway handle.

Love this handrail. The hardware was lost in delivery. Contact the vendor. They were understanding and great to work with. They sent the hardware needed within 10 days. Love the look in my entryway stairs.

It was missing the two set screws.The holes in the brackets don’t align with the handrails holes.The handrail has a rough section.Handrail to bracket screws too short.Don’t purchase this product.

Came with all the parts, nothing was dented. The seams in the rail (12ft has 3 pieces) are smooth and not distracting. It came with concrete anchors, no drywall ones.

The anchors and screws that came with this railing DID NOT WORK. The anchors were very cheap and would not open as they are supposed to do when we inserted them into the wall. The screws were too small to fit the predrilled holes. We had to go and purchase both anchors and screws in order to complete the installation of this railing. The railing itself is nice, but this should have been a quick install but took longer because we had to make a trip to the hardware store.

The 2" diameter round handrail is nicely finished and very solid when installed. The directions were easy to follow. All the hardware was included and installed easily with pre-drilled and tapped holes. I installed it on a solid wall, so the included hollow wall inserts were not needed.
