Had to return these lights. There is a rubber-coated section of wire where you plug the lights into the wall. When I pulled the lights out of the box and plugged them in, they had a short there. I could get them to light up if I bent them a certain way, but then they flickered on and off randomly. Returning them for my money back.EDIT: I received a replacement product after requesting a return. The replacement came in a box that had been broken and taped back together, but the lights are functional. I had already purchased an alternate product, because I wasnt expecting to get a replacement. It was nice of them to send a new string.

This is my second one. I used the others I had all winter and then recently they got damaged by the weather, so if we ever warm up here I can put these on my pole with my wind spinner. It really looks nice

Great lights. Make sure you pull out the clear tab for the remote to activate the battery. When in a static state you can brighten or dim the lights. Kept them plugged in 48 hours straight and didn't heat up at all. There is also a timer so it will automatically shut off. Really happy with them.

First off I should say I was hesitant to order these because of how much you get for the price, but also thought if it ends up breaking, it won't break the bank. However, They work awesome! I love the dimming/light changing factors and the remote is so convenient. It is used for my 3 yo room on the ceiling of her bunk bed. Would purchase again.

These lights seemed great until yesterday (4weeks of use) when they started flickering and now half of them don't work.UPDATE - the customer service was excellent. I received a set that died in a month and after posting the review above, they contacted me and sent a new set. They work great and I am satisfied - very nice customer service and maybe I simply got a bad one which happens to all electronic items.

These are working great on our porch, we've had them out there a month or two and they are still working. I did wrap the receiver in plastic and electrical tape and cover the outdoor plug to help protect! Great set of lights at a great price!

They were nice while they worked. A little over two months in and they won't come on anymore. The remote in the battery is fine, so I don't know what the deal is. Going to contact seller for a replacement.

These are our favorites because they plug in and don't need batteries. Also the remote control is very useful.
