I have used Craftsman tools since I was a kid working with my dad. We used to go to the local Sears store and I would browse the aisles to look at all the cool stuff. This small torpedo level is classic Craftsman; good design, accuracy and a good value. Readability is easy from a variety of angles or positions. One side is magnetic so it holds where you need it.

very accurate, well balanced, easy to hold and read. Well made. Should last a while.

The level is nice and compact, but my only complaint is the magnet doesn't hold very well. It's enough to keep it upright when laid horizontal, but I wouldn't trust it too well vertically.

Well, it's a Craftsman, so you know quality is there. It has a tried and true design all major tool manufacturers are using. It works well and is accurate (yes, I'm Hank Hill and tested this against my other levels, it passed). The magnetic strength is enough to hold it in place, but that's about it- and all it's made for. With some costing three times as much, this is a great value for the money. Good buy, will buy again when I need another one!

Exactly what I needed for multiple small tasks around the house. The Craftsman brand has a good reputation and this appears to live up to the name. Reasonable price and seems very sturdy. Every home tool box should have one!
