For the low cost will work for mostThe polishing pads it comes with work OK but might wear out quicklyWould be better if it also came with a side holder as must use the top handle only that may not work well when buffing at certain anglesBest is to wear ear plugs and quite noisy, and it vibrates a lot so if you have spine problems you will feel thisThis has some weight to it, so over the time to polish the whole vehicle you will feel it in arms and back.Due to its length, you may feel it harder to polish at some anglesThis is like a drill and not orbital, so be sure to use lower speed to prevent burning edges

I'm more used to an aggressive rotary buffer so switching to this took some time to get used to as it doesn't heat up the paint as fast, I'm only using a single stage compound/polish combo and while I wasnt able to get deep scratches out, most swirl marks were gone and the orange peel looked smooth as glass. Overall good product, we'll see how long it can hold up

does the job

As soon as you put pressure on the pad to your project, it stops spinning. Vibrates really hard. The concept is amazing I was glad to know that I could use it as a grinder and sander, also. But for $20 more I went to auto zone and got a griot's garage polisher which is way better.

This product is easy to set up and use. Very smooth finish, I’m happy with it so you give it a try.

I spent 20 years painting cars and have a professional expertise on car finishes, and how to work with them. I was skeptical of how well a random orbit polisher would work versus a traditional circular buffer, but I was pleasantly surprised with this tool. I have a black SUV that was looking faded and dull, and was preparing to buff it with my circular buffer and a foam pad. I decided to try this polisher, and it worked out really well. The vehicle looks great. Would recommend for anyone who wants to polish their vehicle.
