Worked perfectly for filling my accumulator bottles with nitrogen with no issues.

Comes with everything you need. Has every adapter connector for whichever make and model excavator you have. Also includes 3 different pressure gauges depending on what you are checking. Guages are smooth and not jerky and connectors glide on easily. Great buy.

Have not used tooling yet. Upon opening package, found that plastic case was smashed and latch was broken off. Also parts and pieces where scattered in shipping box. Shipping box did not appear to be damaged.

All the components are made well with heavy materials. Has several different sized adapters for refilling a variety of different accumulators. Only issue is the threading seems to be less than idea, I had trouble getting pieces to screw all the way together. Not a deal breaker but thought it was worth mentioning.

Everything has worked perfectly so far for my application. The unit feels solid in my hands and all parts are well made. I'm hoping to get many years of use out of this pump.

Foolishly I expected CGA-580 compatibility. I haven't determined what the G 5/8 adapter is, but it's not cga-580. Seems to be descent quality. I did find a cga-580 to 1/4 pipe for the regulator. Like another person mentioned, use a regulator to avoid blowing the diaphragm or bladder out. Nothing's ever easy....

Good product

Owned this nearly a year. Had to use for the first time. Adapter to go into valve on nitrogen bottle is too small to fit a standard 580 gas valve used for all inert gasses in North America. I had to remove the fitting from the body with the schrader valve in it and replace with a metric to jic -4 and buy a 580 to 1/4” mpt tank fitting from my local welding shop and my hydraulic shop had a 1/4 fpt to jic -4 adapter. I had them make me a 10’ hose with synflex 3000psi 1/4” I think it is, with female jic -4 on the ends. It still can be wrapped up to fit in the storage case. At first I thought I was missing the adapter I needed m28 x 1.5 but it is the size of the main coupler used without an adapter. Some written material would have been nice but probably wouldn’t have been useful in chinglish. The knob that is separate and threads in to the body seems to just be a bleed off valve for after you charge. Also make sure to crack the Allen screw with a ratchet and Allen socket before attaching, you won’t get enough torque on the knob to open it and if you try you will likely break the knob. All said it worked well to charge the transmission accumulator on a magnum 340 today to 150 psi. It would have probably been wise to have a regulator at the tank since it was difficult to barely crack to valve to keep the pressure low enough to not rupture the bladder by accidental over charge. Tank pressure is 2000 psi and would likely have ruptured the bladder had I opened the valve uncontrolled. I left the bleed valve open slightly to avoid this until I had control of the pressure.

The item seems good however the case was damaged in the box. There does not seem to be a way to contact anyone regarding this. I don't want to return it because I need it but a new case would be appreciated.

Works for filling Hydac accumulators

I ordered this kit to charge brake and ride control accumulators on equipment. I went to hook it all up and as I cracked the valve for the accumulator I noticed the nitrogen was leaking from the valve body seals. I was disappointed it didn’t Even work once
