SlimMeSlimming & Smoothing Arm Compression Shaper

Like spanx for fat arms. Absolutely perfect. I am a 16-18 but with very large arms, much larger than most women my size. My arms are the bane of my existence. These are a bit thick, but as I would only want to wear long black sleeves in cooler weather, thickness doesn't matter. I bought the Q2 size and my arms go from 20+ inches around to 18 inches around. That may not seem like much, but it really is, plus these keep things from flapping around and accidental lift-off. You know what I'm talking about. I plan to wear them a lot once it gets cooler. I'll especially enjoy dancing in them!

I love this product! I am 5'10", 200lbs and my arms are 14 inches(if measuring tape is tight )-15 inches(if measuring tape is loose) in circumference in the biceps area. I ordered X-Large and it fit great! Hope this helps someone!

Not Medical quality but well made and provides reasonable support and compression. I have included the sizing chart off the package. I am a size 20 on top with large arms and I am happy with the Q2.

These came and are exactly what i was looking for. Very comfortable. I had liposuction done to my arms and needed them for the compression.

I ordered XL. Which is 2 sizes smaller than the expected size.. it fits snug and not too tight. I also ordered a second set for when I workout. I am 240 lbs, 38 inches breast, 41 inches waist and 55 inches hips.

I tried two different sizes and sadly will be returning both. I am petite and slim but have never liked my arms above my elbows :) (most women my height and weight, and many women much chubbier overall than me, have slimmer upper arms). I have some wiggle there, and they're thicker than I'd like. I just wanted to find something to slim and smooth them under tight-fitting stretchy turtlenecks, light sweaters, etc., much like good firm thigh-slimmers do under sleek pants. These would be good except that they are intolerably uncomfortable around the armpits. The smallest size offered is barely compressive enough to actually do anything for my arms, yet the area that comes in around the armpits and shoulder bunches up into a thick wad of tight fabric and cuts into me so that after wearing for a few hours, I have red marks around the front of my armpits and am very uncomfortable. I think the overall cut of these is smart & less apt to be obvious under clothing than other styles of arm-slimmers I tried, but they need to be cut more out towards the shoulder and less in towards the breasts or something in that area. Like a wider boatneck effect. But not sure if they would slide off the shoulder altogether in that case. Anyway, I think I've given up. Probably will just buy a 2/3-sleeve Spanx-on-top or something.

Reading the reviews that the sleeves are very tight I went with Large and it is perfect fit for me for mild comprsseion. Diameter of my upper arm is 11inches and length is 23 inches long. These should put a reccomended upper arm diameter, cause I just took a guess by reading reveiws. I was hoping for thinner material, the material is kinda thick for me. I gave five stars cause it is what it says.

I like this arm shaper--bought the XL, arms before measure about 17". Don't have an issue getting it off, but make sure you wear it right way up! I didn't the first time & it bunched up in my arm pits, lol.

For me this works. I'm of an age where my upper arms are starting to lose their muscular structure and are becoming flabby, also as I fractured my shoulder bone some years ago, which is prone to arthritic pain, this helps with support.

This is great! Like fat pants for arms. Only suits some outfits though because can see armpits on others.

go for a larger size i this however great to cover the arms!
