Taste like apricot seeds do.
I hope they work. They taste like apricot seeds my mom used to feed me as a child. They do taste bitter as an apricot seed should. But if I can prevent disease, I will take my 3 a day seeds and go on with my life.

Overall very good.
High quality and slightly bitter as advertised. A perfect size to throw three in your mouth and crunch them once a day. You can tell they are fresh with a decent crunch and easy to swallow. I believe they are organic and I can tell a difference in my gut health when I am eating them daily versus forgetting to eat them. They can get stuck in your teeth so prepare for that. My mammaw in law soaks them in her coffee in the morning and eats them afterwards. Says it’s softens them up.

Tasty and useful product
If you're reading this you probably already know the benefits of these. Personally, I love the flavour. A little bitter with a marzipan type flavour. I eat 8 or 9 every day for prevention. Reminds me of Amaretti cookies without the sugar.

Potential wellness benefits
These are a unique and interesting snack—bitter, with a texture and appearance similar to almonds. While the taste isn’t for everyone, it feels like a wholesome, natural choice. I appreciate that they’re sundried and organic, and I’m looking forward to the potential wellness benefits, especially the natural source of Vitamin B17. 4-star product for anyone exploring nutrient-dense superfoods.

Tastes good to me
People say these taste bad in general. I did not find that to be true at all. I will be eating a few of these a day as part of a prophylactic diet that is anti disease.

Cyanide. Toxic. Do your research.
Do not trust the wholesome look of the product. These are literally cyanide. Do some research before buying. Three is enough to trigger a reaction. One for a kid or someone with underlying health issues. Once I dug in to the science behind these they went straight in the trash. I am shocked Amazon even sells.
