Terrible dose not work at all what so ever barley any suction I wish I could I have my money back I am so unsatisfied with this product I tried and tried to make it work.

It works but I notice how it takes a step process to really get it to work and start noticing the differents in the black heads being removed the dirextion should have more information and printe9bigger.

So I just got mine yesterday, and I would say, it works pretty well for sucking out blackheads. However, mine didn't include the owners manual or an adapter to allow me to attach any of the diamond heads, so I'm unable to use any of those, and I probably wouldn't have purchased this if I just wanted a mini vacuum. A little disappointed that I'm unable to use any of the dermabrasion functions.

Very disappointed it looks nice and does have power. I saw no change in pores. If you hold on your skin to long it will make it red.

Doesn't suck very well.

It gets dead skin well, but doesn't clean pores in terms of blackheads.
