Dried Louisiana Shrimp

Great flavor.

Great snack with good salty taste. Quality feels very good. the size of the shrimps is small, all within 1/2 to 3/4 inch. flavor is pleasant while being not too salty. Bag has a very good amount of shrimps on a air to content ratio. smell is quite strong of shrimp (as expected). Great product!

These are perfect for kimchi slurry!

Used this product for the first time (in Nasi Gorung) and found it to be exactly as advertised. Nice taste and texture; little odor - certainly not unpleasant. A bit pricey but also a hard-to-find item. Encountered none of the problems reported by some reviewers.

Not completely dried shrimps! Since it said DRIED SHRIMP, the idea of buying this was to blend it until it had turned into power and make a delicious Mexican dish. Unfortunately the taste is not good and also, once I did put it in the blender, instead of getting the power I was looking for it was more of a paste. Luckily I had ordered other options and one of them worked and tasted very good! I won’t be buying again and I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Love them! The dried shrimp was delicious and fresh to the taste and touch.

I used hot water and strained them for ramen. The consistency isnt that great, really fishy smell and taste. I was hoping it would make for an easy ramen topping.

These seem great. I have always used the tiny shell-on dried shrimp before, but these are different. They are bigger, varied sizes up to half-inch, and the shell is removed. They seemed a bit flexible out of the bag, maybe not fully dry, although they smell fresh and good. I was afraid they wouldn't store well for very long, so I dried them a bit further before storage. Good product.
