I have this in a repeat order.It actually works. My nails and hair are growing.I’ve noticed a difference in my skin more hydration and colour. I use first thing in the morning before I eat with a glass of beetroot juice. I have tried many collagen products but this actually works. And as a non meat eater it’s fish based and tastes ok, very sweet but it’s only a cap full.For me It’s the best collagen product I’ve found.Skin looks great too.

Liquid collagen is expensive so it's always worth browsing the market. I've bought Swedish Nutra brand a few times and the taste is good. It's quick and easy to take.
