Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Battle Destiny [Japan Import]

I chose a 5 star rating because this game is probably the solo reason I bought the ps vita in the first place! I love the combat the shielding control is much better in my opinion as is the Left shoulder button instead up and down arrow on the old games. This game will consume a lot of time which makes it money worth! Unlike most game you can finish in less than 10 hours... So i been playing this game about 11 hours and I am only 40% done with the game! That Great! I just love the game! Even though is japanese is not really hard to figure what is what ! Also there translation of the game you can find in game faq! Anyways This game graphics is awesome! It just feels so real! A LOT better graphics compare to new for speed most wanted... Also touch screen features is pretty nice. They are pretty standard, you don't really use it in actual combat but you touching screen to save or no and what not unlike some games doesn't use that feature is nice. I having fun with the game! Only CON imo is the camera of the mobile suit. If you are in a small area sometime the camera angle becomes really off and you can see your mobile suit anymore can get annoying but that oki. Oh forgot to add targeting system is a little annoying sometime when it targets resupply box and doesn't disengage unless you hold r to unlock and sometime it re auto lock when you press r again but i learn to get around it. That about it. I LOVE THE GAME! Also if you are seed series fan you will love it! :D I just have a lot of fun playing the game!10/1/2013 (Updates)I forgot to mentions before that you can play this game in usa ps vita region.

I could not wait to play this game, once arrived (which was SO much sooner than estimated) I opened and immediately began to enjoy myself. Sure I don't know how to read Japanese but that didn't matter too much because the gameplay was so amazing. If your worried about navigating through the menus/stats/options there are PLENTY of translation guides online for this game. What makes this game really cool is the customization you have on your Gundam and it's weapons. Also there are challenges and rankings for completed missions. If your worried about a stat limit on your Gundam upgrades there is a secret and difficult way to unlock an option of a much higher stat limit, I myself have not unlocked it for I just started playing. An there are more than just main quest missions, there are extra more difficult missions, versus gameplay like normal Gundam battle free for all, a collecting points game with your AI partner and more. An if your able.. Take it online and battle your Gundams against real players. Supposedly there are around 116 Gundams/Mechas you can unlock in this game... That's INSANE! Oh you can also create your own matchmaking with the ability to change the game options like time limit, max score limit, allowing or disallowing passive, additional skills, changing the music and map to your liking. I've only been playing for maybe 2 hours and I cannot tell you how much fun I've been having. I love all the Gundam series and especially SEED. Not a lot of fans enjoyed SEED but to hell with them, this is worth getting.. I promise you won't regret it. The Japan Imported price is worth it and like I stated at the start, the game got to me here in Delaware QUICK!!!! 5/5

This game even on multiple plays for me is a very fun and graphically pleasing video game. I know that many were not fans of the Seed/Seed Destiny series but I thought that both were actually not all that bad, sure they were no Zeta or anything of that sort but they still had their strong suits and besides at least they were not a bunch of EMO freaks like Gundam 00. That being said there are suits from not only the main Seed and Destiny stories but also from the MSV, Stargazer, and Astray stories. I will warn you though you will not be able to unlock every suit without being at least an "S" rank on every mission which can be hard at times you will still find the chase to be fun. An interesting factor is that your also able to pilot both Meteor units as well as the Mobile Armors such as the Destroy Gundam. As a huge Gundam fan who owns all the PSP and PS2 titles as well as those god awful Dynasty Warrior Gundam titles I can say this is easily one of my top favorites of all. So hopefully if you are a fun of Gundam you will give this titles its due and try it out you will not be disappointed even if it does take a little while to build up your Mobile Suits level in order to be more effective.

As a fan and player of the prior Gundam Battle games on the PSP, this entry on the Vita is an excellent continuation within the Gundam Seed series timeline.In the prior games, the controls were intuitive and easy to learn and remember, and in this game this convention still applies quite accurately, but with the addition of a right analog stick, it makes space combat so much easier to navigate than the prior games, and the levels overall? The maps are massive, spanning large swaths of territory, and the ingame rendering of each machine, the Mobile Suits, Mobile Armors and ships alike, are wonderfully detailed and lively.The multiple paths of gameplay give this game some definite replay value, and its quick action makes it an excellent title to bring with you on trips, or even just waiting for food at a restaurant.Definitely worth getting, both for the rookies and veterans of the Gundam Battle series!

A good game for Gundam fans. But it is nothing like the Gundam VS Gundam on the PSP and it is more like the Gundam: Universe. Anyway, five star for amazon and four star for the game.

Great game for new and old gundam fan's

I have not reached too high of a level in this game but I can tell you after the first 5 or 7 missions that the graphics are outstanding and the controls and smooth. Nice touch with the weapon switch using the touch pad.

Best guns am I have every played! I know 0 Japanese and I am 4 trophies short of platinum! Next up, gundam breaker 1.
