Range is better than BT Voyager, but not as good in other ways
I bought this so I could walk around some while talking. My Voyager UC headset had range issues between rooms/floors in my house, so I decided to try this DECT model.The range is better (with proper placement of the dongle). Sound quality is good enough for my needs. The boom mike is longer than the one on the Voyager, so it tends to pick up my breathing unless I am careful to get it away from my mouth somewhat.My biggest issue with it right now is that it turns on while in the cradle, even if the power switch is off. This is frustrating because the computer then directs sound output to it and I miss notifications as a result. I’m opening a case with tech support (chat was not very helpful) and I’ll update this when I hear anything.

FREEDOM! Comfort. Quality sound. Professional build.
Comfort and quality of construction is excellent. Freedom to move about my home during long conference calls. Stand up, walk around my office. Stay connected to the conversation while having a stretch on the floor. Long charge, 7 hour conference call. Charge fully in 30 minutes.. (That's handy). Integrates with Teams (I don't know if that's a problem with other people). Fills all expectations of a piece of office hardware.

BOUGHT 2X, RETURNED 2X
I purchased this headset twice. The first one had a terrible humming noise in the left ear piece. I figured it was a one-time glitch and have been a long time Plantronics user so thought I would give it another shot. The second one kept on cutting in and out making it impossible to do my job.Bought it twice... Returned it twice... Disappointing.

Comfortable but lacks distance
Very comfortable headset but was loosing signal when I stepped away into another room and working distance was just about 10 feet more than my older Bluetooth headset. Returned and got yealink that turned out to have rock solid connection everywhere on my property. It’s a pity because I had different Polycom headset before and loved it for it’s long range.

very heavy to wear all day
I wear hearing aids so I needed a headset for work that are not in the ear plantronics. These were wonderful but too heavy on my head and neck. I switched to one ear only and they are excellent
