Good Value - easy to use - good packaging

I got the button for my dad. It records clear & the play back is loud.

Super easy to use but the recording quality is a bit scratchy and not as clear as I would like. Although it is a good deal for the price and it works well!

I will be returning this next week. It had been used. Gold scratched and even worn. See picture. No protective packing. Batteries were inserted, but they are either dead or the button doesn't work. Definitely not something I can give as a gift. Great disappointment.

Really slow delay in recording and have only been able to record 2 recordings not 3.

looks good and records all 3, however snaps crackles and pops durring playback

Not sure what others are talking about but the gold finish on this product was perfect! Love that you can record 3 separate messages that play in sequence. Very well-made. 100% satisfied.

Great product. Only regret is the audio quality could be better.
