Rockford Fosgate TMS5 Power Harley-Davidson® 5.25" Full Range Tour-Pak Speakers (1998-2013)

They say they are for the rear but I put them in the fairing of my 2006 Ultra. Super easy to install. Great overall sound the bass is as good as your going to get out of a 5 1/4 inch speaker mid range and high end are great. Excellent construction and materials. I’m very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend a pair.

I have upgraded to these as well as the TMS6SG front fairing speakers and added the TM400X4ad amp and it is a huge difference from the stock setup. Will be adding the Rockford head unit as the next upgrade.

Product could be a 100 dollars cheaper would be great but was satisfied

Speakers fit 1999 Harley ultra classic, speaker face screen does not, too large. Make sure to keep the old face plate.

First, the couple things that are disliked about the product:1. The price...even for Rockford Fosgate, the TMS5 is a bit steep for most looking to upgrade their audio.2. The bass response - It's limited. But bass level audio is usually hard to get on a bike to begin with, much less hear while in motion.Now for the things that are great on the TMS5:1. The materials - If you are worried about these getting wet, don't. As long as the coil/magnet are covered, RF has done a great job using waterproof materials to build the cone, hat and surround. I'm pretty sure after at least a dozen washes with a sprayer hose and it's still sounding like it always has, the speakers are built to last.2. The midrange and tweeter response for this two-way speaker is nearly on par with a component speaker/tweeter combo. Very happy with the crisp highs and mid-range sound.3. The weight and shell design make fitting this in any 5.25in slot an easy thing. It doesn't use an oversized magnet and the shell conforms cleanly.4. Amplified, these speakers wake up. I'm very impressed with how they perform with the Rockford Fosgate TM400X4AD and PBR300X4 Punch amplifiers. If you are looking for another less expensive alternative amplifier, you really should try a Dual DA6002D 2 channel 600W amp (about $80) or the slightly larger Dual DA10004D 4 channel amplifier (for about $90). Both of these underrated amps, and often overlooked, will drive these speakers beyond their RMS capability and won't break the bank at 4X the cost savings over the RF branded amps.

Bon produits mais j’ai du commander l’amplificateur RF car le radio Rockford Fosgate pour mon Road glide ne suffit pas.Je dois mettre le volume au maximum pour que mon passager entende la musique mais la qualité sonore est tres bien.Le prix est surévalué selon moi.
