I updated the knobs in my house to these Schlage levers and love them. They were very easy to install and switching the handle from up to down was very easy. The dummy knob's screws were opposite of what the previous knobs screws were, so I had to mark the center with a level, mark the screw holes, and drill new ones. Not too difficult, but a little more work than the regular privacy and passage knobs. My mom liked these so much, she had me order them for her house. Easy and relatively cheap upgrade.
