This is an OEM (Original Equipment) from Dell. I have bought these from retailers like this on for years. Compare with buying from Dell. You will get the same product faster and for less. There is no question this is a much better deal! Tip: Be sure which connector you need.

I bought this charger for my Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop since my last one had wires fray and spark near the indication light at the end of the laptop connection input. I'd bought one on ebay that hadn't ended up working with my laptop (even though I thought it was the same as this one), which I was thankfully able to return for a full refund. Sure enough, after having this one for a few weeks, the outer covering was starting to jostle slightly from the indication light. Knowing from my previous one that if I ignored this for a few months/years then it would fray out and become a safety hazard, I reinforced the entirety of the connection with electrical tape so that it couldn't move around anymore. This, unfortunately, means that I can no longer check visually if the charger is receiving power or not, but it has made it last much, much longer than I'm sure it would have had I not done anything.
