This broth concentrate is extremely easy to use and serves as the perfect foundation for making Ramen!

I have gotten this broth concentrate a couple of times. It makes a really flavorful, pork-flavored ramen broth.

several reviews mention that is salty but great and I can confirm that... used 2 cups of water and the flavor was intense.. and yes, salty but didn't want to add more water and dissolve the flavor itself... next time maybe I will add something extra to "absorb" the saltiness... but overall... great!

Great authentic flavor! Quick and easy to prepare. After going to a ramen shop and having infinitely better ramen than the cheap packets from the store, I'm spoiled. I don't have many ramen shops near me, so this is awesome to have on hand at home when the mood hits.

I live right in the middle of a lot of different ramen shops, and this broth is as close as I can get to the great shop broth at home! Toss in some veggies, noodles and maybe an egg and you've got some delicious ramen! I cant even eat the super cheap ramen anymore. The broth quality is just a cut above! I didn't realize how important mouth feel is when it comes to broth. This broth forms isn't water and seems to thicken ever so slightly after it's thoroughly stirred. The appearance becomes a really nice to look at milky brown color. You can tell it is filled with flavor just by looking at it!

Excellent, super rich and creamy Ramen broth. Taste before you load up on the tare it's got a lot more flavor than just a basic Tonkotsu broth.

I’ve bought both of Tonkotsu and miso ramen.And I was so surprised by this ramen soup which is simple and absolutely delicious.I love Ramen and I have tried multiple Japanese ramen soup base to make home made yet high end ramen restaurant’s rich taste.This soup base tastes super good. The best part is their rich flavor and the hint of clean gingery taste, not too oily like other brand’s.This soup base is quite salty for 12oz water so my preferred format is 16oz water with 1 packet. For second time, I added 2cups and a few more ounce water for 1packet and split it for 2 servings for my kids. But the flavor was still very good. So that means I could make 20servings. Price wise, restaurant wise!!I paired this packet with Gluten-free rice noodles and I added some bok-choy, 7min soft boiled egg(Vital farms egg:))mushrooms and green onion. The whole cooking journey was simply finished within 7 min which is the time I broiled the eggs.Best of all, for such a quality ramen, the price on this is very attractive for this quality.Definitely I’ll buy again!

Amazing broth for the price. A little high on sodium but the broth taste great. Will definitely be ordering again. Much better quality than instant ramen.
