I think cups are not sublimated because all of my stickers coming off

3 out of 6 mugs broken, so basically double the price. Not packaged well at all. Sublimation ok, but not bright white.

I don’t know maybe my printable subli or my machine is not perfectly set but it is hard for me to get good finished items

Size and shape is quite good but color is creamy white, NOT WHITE at all !

The packaging of the mugs was extremely well done. Each mug secure in individual compartments in a foam box, They sublimated well although I have some things to learn getting the temperature correct...think it was too hot but this was my first time to sublimate on mugs. A good learning experience although expensive to be making mistakes on.

I sublimated a mug 3 years ago, and the ink has held up. I wash the mug in the dishwasher and by hand. I wish I had bought the mugs in a bigger size.

Classic. Soundly packaged. Super easy to clean. Hard to break.
