I've tried a lot of pimple patches including Peace Out Acne and Zitsticka BUT these are by far some of the best. Especially the daytime patches...they are the sheerest and I was able to even put a little concealer over them to conceal a cystic pimple. It was so sheer...that it made my skin look smooth and I got a compliment that my skin was glowing even though I had a darn pimple patch on.Also speaking of the cystic pimple...I used my micro-needle roller over the cyst before applying the patch and it sucked the gunk out if it to the point the cyst was basically flat. I used the micro-needle roller over my cyst again before applying the nighttime patch and that baby was gone by the morning. This is good stuff...I made sure to purchase another pack of these babies for back-up!!!

Where have these been all my life? I am 51 years old. I learned about pimple patches from my esthatition a few months ago. I have menopausal cystic acne breakouts! The deep painful ones that rarely come to a head. I am a picker and bought a magnifying lighted mirror so I can see these darn pimples better. These help stop the pain and make the pimples life shorter. I love how sheer they are and they adhere well. They blend in with my skin so I've worn them day and night, even to work on no makeup days. They don't adhere to my powder foundation makeup so I just go bare if I've got a festering spot & these cover the flame red color of the pesky spot. Derma Angel is a great brand. I like that the backing allows you to peel half of the backing off for application without touching it or having to peel off with tweezers. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!

I have adult acne i have tried over 25 different brands/ styles of acne dots from pharmacy styles to buying on amazon. These are my favorite by far!!!!! Most acne dots do not work well on deep nodule and cycstic acne (the microneedle styles in other brands sometimes help but its hit or miss). I have fairly sensative skin and its oily in places dry in others. These dots do not irritate the skin; more the opposite within 20 minutes of putting the dots on the pain from my inflamed acne was gone. Within 48 hours my acne had either receeded or come to a head and was healing. They also lasted a pretty long time before they needed to be changed (for me 10 hours on an avg day). They are lightweight, flexible, breathable and pretty much invisible on skin. If you do want to wear makeup over it thats fine too; tried it myself no issues still felt breathable and the dots being a matte material were a bit shiny so i reccomend usibg poweder on it of some kind with watever other makeup you choose to use. they were easy to cover. I love the material the dots are made of they dont even feel like a band aid; they feel even lighter. They stick pretty well id give adhesion 8/10 overall. My only reccomendation to the company is to offer an additional size of the dots that is even larger for people like myself who have some very large deep acne but for now if needed i just use two dots for coverage on those. Ordering more right away. I dont do reveiws much but i know the awful struggles of acne (ive had it for decades; seen 3 different dermatoligists, tried pro active and accutane). I did receive a derma angel specific coupon for completing a reveiw however i would have written one reguardless. I wanted to be very detailed and honest in my experience in hopes this might help yall too; theres so much product out there that claims to help acne that doesnt and so much trial and error and pain and $$money spent for many of us dealing with acne just hoping sharing my persspective/ experience with this great product helps Good Luck All.

I have tried a few different brands of patches, but I keep returning to these.PRO: these guys stick!, the suck out all the gunk, and the daytime patches are truly usable during the day as they are sheer.CON: I find that these are very pricey for what you get.Now, one thing I should state is that I don't get regular pimples. I suffer mostly from cystic acne where the entire life cycle of the cyst takes about a month to go away...and a few months for the scars to start fading. It starts with a bump under the skin which never really comes to a head.These don't work overnight for me, but it shortens the process of the cyst down to a few days. If I catch the cyst under the skin, sometimes they don't even get to form and go away completely after a day or two. If the cyst pops up, I put one of these on it and by the second day a white head will form on it. After that, once I put another patch on it, it starts to deflate the cyst by pulling all fluid from the head that formed. By the third day, I can start the healing process. I truly recommend but just wish they weren't so pricey!

All my past acne patches require a tweezer to apply, and it often will mess up the edge of the patch or even warp it, so the edge stands out when applied. With DremaAngel, you can apply it like a bandaid, peel off half of the film, apply and peel the other half. The patch will never touch your oily finger or tweezer. The appearance is also really amazing, almost invisible, and comfortably stick to my face after 12 hours.
