Does this work for peanut butter?

Not sure the consistency of your peanut butter. If it is chunky no. I can do lotions and shower gel in it. But thick cosmetic creams do not work because the dispenser opening is not wide enough and the product in the hopper has to be able to flow. Heavier beauty products such as creams do not flow down the hopper to the dispenser properly.

Can this be used for hot sauces?

Yes. That is what I have used to fill my 5 and 10 oz bottles for a couple of years.

Can this be used for liquid coffee creamers?

Yes. I use it for lotion and shower gel with no issues

How do you clean the "well"when the hopper is removed? Used this for liquid soap and have run water through over and over and still soapy.

To clean this unit thoroughly, once the hopper is removed, you can disassemble the dispenser mechanism and wash out inner components separately. Then reinstall. This worked for me.
