These insoles are perfect for my high arches and it does not put pressure on my cuboid bone that has arthritis in it. The ONLY downside is that I have to buy a new pair every month because the arch does not last long. I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. I walk on hard floors. Im on my feet 80% of the time. That means I pay around $650.00 a year for inserts. I’m hoping I can get my doctor to have inserts specially made that mimic these ones.

The inserts work great in providing support for runners with high arches. I put them in my running shoes and ran for 6 miles without any issues. My previous pairs last for well over 500 miles; I am now using them In walking shoes and they still provide great support. They are true to fit. I ordered the large size and they fit my size 11 shoes perfectly without any trimming required. Great value for the $ at the discounted price.

Excellent alternative to buying custom insoles. I was expecting shin splints and ankle pain after running. It virtually disappeared after starting to use these insoles.

If your feet tend to turn in when you walk or run give these a try. They might hurt a little at first as your feet become used to them. Much cheaper than custom orthotics.
