I bought this because my blonde tends to hold the purple hues of a traditional blonde shampoo. The shampoo was extremely thick and hard to work in your hair. Not to mention that it did nothing for brassy-ness. I contacted amazon support to find out what the return policy is for an item that you tried and did not like. $25 is a lot of money to waste on a product that doesn't live up to what it says it does. THEY went through the return policy and determined that it was ok to return, and that they can refund along with any charges for shipping. I agreed and had them set it up. All of a sudden I get a message from the seller telling me that I was wrong because the amazon representative selected the wrong reason. I was told I'm not allowed to return it in an extremely unprofessional manner. Don't waste your time, money, or hair quality on a business that obviously could care less about the customer.

This product was recommended to me by my stylist after lightening. The toning effect was minimal if none and the product was incredibly drying. Not worth the price spent and time waiting for delivery.

This did nothing to remove brass and even made my hair more orange. Tried it again left on longer and same results. Would not recommend for the price.

Just like other reviews already mentioned, it leaves all over the package, not sure how much is even left to use
