I like this a lot more than I thought it would, I was on the fence about buying it because it's not really a 'need', but, it's great for several reasons. The material is thick, no more worrying about sticks or what have you stabbing through your wet suit. The clean surface helps minimize the amount of sand that gets stuck to your gear, meaning less to worry about when you get home (I rinse everything in the shower so this means less getting in the house). And, the nicest part is that it's a tidy waterproof bag to stick everything in that needs to get rinsed. Once I'm out of my wetsuit I toss my boots, gloves, camera, and snorkel in there and that all goes straight to the shower when I get back.The only slightly confusing thing is that the straps that tighten the bag shut seem super long. It's not really a bad thing as it closes fine and they don't get in the way, I just feel like there's something I'm not understanding every time I use the bag.

Big let down. Tried the “dry bag” this weekend and it did not function as advertised. The only reason my “damped wetsuit stayed off my car” is because I tested the mat/bag on a chair and did not use in my car, otherwise my car would have been totally wet. After putting my wetsuit on the mat and pulling the strings to close it as a bag, I left it over a chair. When I came back half he later the water had seeped through the mat and completely soaked the chair. Luckily this didn’t happen in my car. Very disappointing. The product is on its way back to Amazon and I have now purchased a dry bag from my local surf store.

I have had this wetsuit bag for about two years but the material that makes the bag waterproof started to break down after about 6 months of use.Back when I had just bought the bag I would usually surf twice a week and usually put the bag on rough terrain but after seeing my friend's bag which was locally made at a surf shop I can tell the material used for this bag is not the best.In the end, I gave it 2 stars because it did work for its intended purpose but it started to show tear and wear pretty fast.
