I picked up this 12th-gen Intel i5 at a great price, and it’s been an absolute workhorse. I’m running it in a home server build, and it powers through everything I throw at it. It easily runs Minecraft servers, Rust servers, virtual machines, and multiple gaming-related services simultaneously without breaking a sweat.The performance is fast and responsive under load, with excellent multitasking capabilities. Cooling is solid and quiet — no loud fans or overheating issues. Compatibility was perfect with my motherboard and other components, and setup was smooth. For anyone needing a strong all-around CPU on a budget, this is a fantastic pick.

Esstoy super happy with the purchase and with this processor and its performance, I would have liked to buy a Core Ultra, but I didn't have the budget at the time and I needed to get the new compu up and running to be able to work. In the end I am delighted with the three products I bought, processor, ram and motherboard, all three Amazon selection, and all three arrived with excellent quality, the only thing I would point out is that they sent the processor and ram in a paper bag, and it is not appropriate because you can damage the packaging of the processor to be handled or put with other packages by the carrier, but otherwise all excellent.

Purchased 2 of these to install on new Asus motherboards to upgrade current desktops to be Windows 11 compatible. These are not gaming systems, so the speed and internal graphics are adequate. So far (about 5 weeks) these have been running with no problems.
