Love the bike
I recently purchased this e-bike for work, and it has been one of the best investments I’ve made. The ride is smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly powerful—perfect for commuting every day. The battery life lasts well beyond what I expected, easily covering my daily trips with plenty of charge left over. What I really love is how much time (and money) I save. No more worrying about parking, traffic, or gas—it’s reliable and efficient. The build quality feels solid, and the bike handles both city streets and rougher paths with ease.It has completely changed my commute for the better. If you’re considering an e-bike for work or everyday use, I highly recommend this one!

First E-Bike experience, going to be tough to beat.
I have never left a review after years of using Amazon, but this bike deserves it.1) The bike arrived 1-2 days earlier than expected.2) Assembly wasn’t too difficult. (I was able to do it by myself in about 45 minutes.)3) The battery was fully charged right out of the box and ready to ride after assembly.4) So much fun to ride! This is my first experience with any electric bike and I’m sure it’s going to be hard to beat. There are a couple annoyances tho.. that I’m sure can be remedied:1) The brakes tend to squeak a lot, and I’m not talking about when you use them.. I mean, they are constantly squeaking while the bike is in motion, it’s not super loud, and if you pump the breaks it seems to go away for a while, but it keeps coming back. It’s louder than the motor itself, which is very nice and quiet.2) The battery itself was totally drained after less than 18 miles. Now granted, as it was my first time on an ebike I was using the throttle a lot, and I am in a hilly area.. but still, I thought I would get closer to the advertised minimum of 30 miles. (I myself weigh about 170, but I was wearing a backpack that I’m sure weighs 10-20 pounds.. so, less than 200 pounds total weight on the bike.Overall, I’ve heard great things about this companies customer service so I wasted no time getting on and activating the manufactures warranty. I’m hoping they have a solution for the brakes and battery.. but, even with those minor issues.. today was one of the most fun days that I have had in a very long time.Try not to smile the first time you effortlessly pedal up a hilly street at 14-16mph.. I bet you can’t keep a straight face!

well made and easy to asemble
the bike is well made and easy to assemble, they include a tool kit that does everything except the nuts on the rear wheel. but its still nice to have if anything happens wail riding the bike far from home. i have high hopes for this bike and its nice too look at also. ill write more after the bike has taken me few places and seen a few miles

It's OK but not great.
I'm 50 miles into this bike and have ridden it over a variety of conditions including pavement, gravel trails, rough forest roads, and single track. I bought this bike primarily hoping to use it on Forest Service roads and local trails. Unfortunately, the front suspension isn't great and there is NO rear suspension, which makes this pretty much impossible. The Good:* It's fast! Does around 30mph on level pavement with just the motor. Easy to learn to ride and the throttle works well. As is typical with low cost eBikes, the pedal assist is a little hit or miss, sometimes engaging and other times not, but I got used to it.* Great battery. I got about 30+ miles on a single charge in mountainous terrain. The charger is good, with a fan to keep it cool, and automatically stops charging when the battery is full.* Folds well, fits in the back of a car, not too heavy. The BAD:* Suspension sucks, there is NO back suspension. Springs on a seat don’t count. There is NOT a suspension seat stem.* Battery rattles around. I solved this partly by putting some duck tape in the openings.* Handle bar was twisted so that when the bike was going straight the handlebars were offset to the right. Not a huge deal, but also not great or safe. Emailed support, they sent a video and I was able to fix it after really cranking on the bolt that holds the handlebar stem to the wheel. All in all it's a decent bike that I'll use around town and on good gravel roads or urban trails, but it's not suited to anything more serious than that. The price was decent and it's fun to fly up the hills and around town, even if I do look a little dorky on a foldable bike.UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and refunded a small amount of money to compensate for the lack of any rear/seat suspension. They said they recently changed the configuration of the bike so there is no seat suspension anymore. I updated it to a 4 star rating based on seller's responsiveness.
