The product is beautiful and looks great in our newly remodeled master shower. It also performs extremely well, i.e., as expected. I want to commend KES for their outstanding customer service, particularly a fellow name Wing (based in China). I requested some support with the product and sent an email to KES. Wing responded in less than 24 hours and resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and a pleasure to work with.

The shower faucet is amazing. The quality is top notch. The installation was easy according to our contractor and he was highly impressed with the quality and the design. I love the options of having either the rainfall, the handheld, or both at the same time.

It's a wonderful unit What major problem the handle or the wand when you switch it over and you're already taking a shower the water is at least twice as hot as when it's coming out of the shower head they don't warn you about that in the description!

Update after vendor connected with me - They were able to help me with my issue and it looks better now. Very disappointed! The water direction from the head holes is not straight. It goes everywhere to the sides. Some holes won’t even let the water come out, I'd go with another brand.

This product was installed for our bathroom remodel, and it worked for about 2 showers. The control panel is defective and began to leak from the valve.

The faucet handle, and shower heads and rain head look great, well-made. The faucet handle and the handheld showerhead is a standard install. You just have to be careful to get the depth set right on the handle. The rain head I didn’t like the bracket that came with it. It was too short, I put the plumbing pipes in the ceiling and moved it towards the other end of the shower enclosure. This way when you turn the diverter valve halfway, you can have two people take a shower at the same time, works nice.

This product is a poor quality product! The shower rain head I purchased in a kit did not even last 18months! It’s leaking and dripping by the edges and although they “claim” that it’s stainless steel it’s already rusted. DO NOT BUY CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS, you will have no service whatsoever. One year warranty…. No wonder.

We recently completed a bathroom renovation. Pretty much everything in the bathroom is KES. Great price and great product. The shower system is great. Installation was easy. The only tricky part was screwing in the overhead shower and hand held wand. The threads were a little short so I had to notch out the tile. Luckily KES included great faceplates that easily his my mistake. Was happy to know that the wand and regular head work at the same time using my existing 1/2" pipes. Would highly recommend.

It hasn't been 6 months yet and the shower handle hose has started heavy leaking already. Disappointing. I'm hoping the seller will send replacement. Update: Manufacturer provided replacement hassle free. Very good customer service!
