I’m mint lover and this spearmint gets 5 out 5 stars! Love putting a couple of drops of Spearmint into my regular non-fragrant body cream. It smells heavenly!

Love to use this topically on my shoulders and neck. It's got a strong peppermint scent and cooling feel. I tried to add a drop to my water as it's food based and I originally wanted it for internal use but it was too bitter and I couldn't drink the water. I'm sure it would do well in baking though. It's still a great oil and I may just use it in an e.o diffuser or for foot soaks and continued topical use. Nice brand.
