6 months review - Working fine. Only minor issues like reduced flame. Contacted the customer care who sent a technician the very next day. He was kind and sorted out our issues very efficiently. Service was good. Happy with Vidiem.

Using Vidiem for the first time. Was very apprehensive in the beginning. But the product beats the expectation. Looks elegant. Flame level is very good. Its better than Butterfly brand. One negative point is there is no spill tray which makes the cleaning process cumbersome if something spills over. We also had a small issue with the knobs, raised complaint and it was addressed promptly by them.
