The sizing is terrible and the quality wasn't that great either. I wear size 6-8 in jeans. I ordered a large in this skirt and I should have gotten extra large THEN as I was trying it on one of the bottons popped off!! I wouldn't order it again.

hips too large, buttons openings too small, had to cut a few larger to be able to slide buttonsout. Expect long time for shipping.

Waist is about an 8.Hips are about 14.Way too small on all accounts.Buttons are too big for the holes.This could have been a lovely skirt if someone had actually measured it again the listing size and ensured that the button holes were big an comfortable enough to open and close ALL the buttons comfortably.
