Good product. A little strong.

I have been using these for close to six or seven years. And I have to say that I may get the sniffles from time to time. But this is what keeps me from getting sick. I religiously take 3 to 6 of these a day. Very good to build your immune system with. I swear by these.

Just recently discovered the health benefits.

I've only been taking this supplement for a few days, so it's still early to draw any firm conclusions. I haven't noticed anything particularly unusual, but I do feel slightly more energized. It's possible that this is just a placebo effect, but even so, it's a welcome boost. I'm curious to see whether this feeling persists or evolves over time as my body adjusts.

Easy to swallow gel caps.

I only buy this brand because it works for me. I take 6 in the morning, which allows me to skip breakfast. I usually eat between 1130 - 1:00pm for lunch. I sometimes drink coffee early in the morning, which also helps keep hunger away. During the Pandemic I gained too much weight, plus my metabolism decided to slow down from age...ugh. So now I have to work harder. I know I have to work out harder and eat less. I am trying all kinds of natural products and of course trying to work out regularly again. I try different supplements to prevent my body from getting used to a specific regimen. So far these tiny capsules work wonders by allowing me to eat less and get full quickly without overeating.

First time using this brand but it seems like a good quality product. It arrived on time also

Oil has changed in color. The first bottle I purchased had a dark oil in the capsule. Now it’s lighter. I’m now experiencing night reflux. Disappointed. I’ll find a new brand.
