This book is very much helpful for students who have cleared the level 3 and have basic understanding. I love it

My kids enjoy this book too. It is more advanced and we have only learned a few songs in this one. But I know it will be used a lot in the upcoming year.

My piano students have responded so positively to this system by Hal Leonard. The CD is a great tool for tempo and the theory books are packed with lessons that teach theory in an engaging way.

My daughter had a problem keeping the rhythmn with her playing so the cd was very helpful to her when she practiced. Definitely worth buying.

It is a good book

Arrived within 48 hours. This is the very book we needed for my granddaughter's piano class. It is the 4th in the series.

Another great book in the Hal Leonard Piano Lesson series. Note that at the time of writing this review, the listing is titled "Book / CD pack". I can confirm that this edition no longer includes a CD. Instead, there is a code to download music from the Hal Leonard web site. Both mp3 and MIDI formats are available. Very helpful for practice - I'd strongly recommend buying this over the version without the audio. It really does help if you know what the piece is supposed to sound like before you play it.The modules in this book cover the following:Unit 1: C Major & A Major, G Major & E minor patterns, 7thsUnit 2: C Major and A Major scales. 3/6 and 8/8 time signatures.Unit 3: C Major & A Major triadsUnit 4: G Major & E minor scales, tripletsUnit 5: G Major & E minor triadsAlthough aimed at children, this book is suitable for all ages. The lessons progress at a pace that pushes the pupil a little more each time, but it never feels too overwhelming.

These books are brilliant, but I do not need to tell pianist that. I would recommend them to any age and I am over 60, well over!
