Very sturdy. I have 2 of them now because they are so good and I take one with me when I go out of town. I am able use it to stretch my legs after traveling.

If you have back pain, get one, if you have foot pain, get one, if you have neck pain, get one! I was so desperate when I bought this. Thought is was weird but Its amazing! Dig into the pressure points and massage your pain away. Easy to use and easy and is amazingly effective. Great for self help. Easy to store.

What a great tool! I first used it in Physical Therapy to loosen tight spots in my back and shoulders. It works better than the massage gun.

It works but it is a little big. If you're a larger person I think this would be ideal, otherwise it's a bit awkward.
