Giving a 5 because I didn't want to call support when only 2 of the six had problems.
The plants arrive very quickly and each plant is individually wrapped in a 2" container. The plants don't touch the others. So the plants are small with small root systems, but aren't exposed to disease or insect infestation of other plants. I had 2 very healthy plants and 2 that weren't. One appeared to have insect damage to the little leaves. One was just sick and I cut most of the leaves off and I have the roots in water with a hood under a grow light. I don't know if I can save it. Two of the six are doing exceptionally well. The mix I received was good. The ad said they were indoor plants. When I looked back at the detail of my order - post order it said outdoors. They are indoor plants. I don't know my plants well and I don't know what all the plants I received are, but the star is a Caletha Prayer Plant. One is a Spider Plant. One looks more like an herb. The others look like Pathos, Philodendron, the like.I started a garden last year and went to the garden store to get some soil and saw some cute plants. Next thing I knew I ordered a plant stand, pots and a grow light. Now I can't wait to get up and check on them. Now, every time I drive by Home Depot or Lowes I stop and look at the plants. Last week I saw an ad for a greenhouse. I guess I'm hooked.I was ordering some pots and saw these and decided to give them a try. If you are just getting into house plants and want something fast this is an inexpensive way to get started.

Extremely Pleased
I ordered from 2 different companies to see how the price, quality, variety, and shipping differed. I ordered both off Amazon the same day and both arrived same day.I received the other order first, paid $2 for each plant, the packaging was good, I got a couple duplicates, same plant different color, they shipped usps and the plants were nicer than expected, small but all in great condition.AND THEN..Received this order an hour after the first. Let me say this is exactly why I do this.Shipping ★★★★★ FASTVariety ★★★★★ ALL DIFFERENTHealth ★★★★★ HUGE & HEALTHYPackaging ★★★★★ MARKED LIVE PLANTS WITH AIR HOLESPrice ★★★★★ ABOUT $3 EACHI was amazed the plants are significantly larger and easier to unpack and absolutely beautiful.Thank you for seeing the value in proper packaging, your product and showing your customers that you care how the product arrives to them.packaging is the big thing for me, a lot of care went into these plants and it shows. Gained a customer for life and will share with my family and friends.

Half happy, half sad...
This may be helpful, but probably not, lol... I try and review things like I would if I'm telling a friend about it, so here we go.First, I'm semi-new to plants. So, there's that. That's about 50% of the issue. And I feel like maybe some people have found this item because they're new, too. I'll go through the pros and cons from my experience and also my lack of experience.Pros: They got here well packaged, they were in a little 6 pack container, but they were all packaged in plastic individually, with a stake keeping the rubberband holding the plastic on off the plant. Great packaging. I now know where every "indirect sunlight" place in my house is (they should see the sun, but the sun should not see them, if you don't know what that means) and have had fun moving them to see how they do in different spots every so often. The assortment was awesome and I got some I really wanted. They sent me a free one, very sweet. It was a lot of fun to open the box and see what I got. The amount of money for 6 (or, 7) plants wasn't a lot.Cons: I won't have that many plants when this is all done. The soil they're in was mostly, or completely dried out on several when they got here. I'm sure because of shipping, maybe the truck was hot, maybe it was the few days in a hot box, not sure, but dry. The plants didn't look so good, wilty and sad, and one of them (the curly spider) also had some broken leaves. Broken before shipping, no broken leaf pieces in the plastic. The leaves are long and I'm almost sure that's normal and not a big deal. Another big con is I don't know how to take care of a struggling plant yet. I figured I'd give them a drink and tell them they'd be alright and love them back to health. I currently have 3 out of 7 that are okay and a 4th one that we just tell them that they're okay and stay hopeful. We also don't talk about the other 3, or where they may have went. I got a satin pythos that I really wanted, two cuttings of it. When one out of the two leaves died on a cutting, I tried putting it in water (pro: learned about water propagation on YouTube), but it didn't work and I just had 2 dead leaves in a bottle in a few days. It was sad. The second cutting lost one of the leaves today, I unpotted it to try to put it in water and discovered it does have roots, but they're brown and I'm not sure what that means yet, so I put it back in the soil. (I'll go watch more YouTube videos, lol). Big con, this has not been "easy". The ivy has perked back up, the other pythos (a Hawaiian one) was larger and actually had roots, it's starting to perk back up, and the Wandering Jew seems like it'll be okay, everything else is still a big maybe. It has been a little stressful not knowing if what I'm doing is right, or not, and I feel like it's easier, for me, to go buy a healthy plant and start from there. So, would I recommend this? Maybe. The value is good, the assortment is good and it was fun to see what I got. You might have better luck than I did, too. I'm not sure if a refund is even possible, I didn't look and i love the ones i still have, so I don't want to return them anyway. We're in it for the long haul, or the short haul, whatever happens lol. I'd check the return policy in case something happens, if you're not someone who gets invested and attached, you'll be okay if you can send them back. I'm all invested and attached already. Send good vibes, if you read this far. :)

Great for a new plant owner that wants to expand their collection
Super happy with my order. 4/5 were basically perfect condition, one is struggling a bit with many torn leaves though. But, that’s probably a shipping issue. Super happy with the sizes since I prefer getting them as small so I can try and grow them big myself. Really cool and diverse mix of plants, too. I got all ones that I didn’t already have.Very happy with this purchase!

Looking forward to watching my new babies to grow.
These are small plants as expected. 2 of them I went ahead and planted in little pots w/ feed. They looked ready to go. The others are by my window . I feed them in as they were and waiting for them to perk up a bit. I’m sure in a few days I will take a peek at their roots and see if they to are ready to transplant. I am pleased with what I got and how they look. P.S. these plants arrived May 14th not yet too hot for plants to travel.

Cute Lil Baby Plants
I love these little plants! They are beautiful and healthy. They have great moisture levels for the plants that need consistent moisture. There is some cosmetic damage to the plants, some holes in leaves and some tears due to transportation but nothing that cannot be fixed. And for only two inch pots, they’re pretty tall and shapely. Very satisfied! The best part? They donate part of the proceeds to animal shelters, so that made me feel really good too.
