Q: Is this permant or htv ?

It has a strong adhesive--tares if you try to take it up

Q: I need non sticky ones, where can I find them?

I bought some from amazon---I got the adhesives ones by mistake so I covered the adhesive with flour. You can also use corn starch. It takes the stickiness away if you do not want to send them back

Q: Does the foam degrade and crack if it gets wet or heavily twisted?

I made Christmas ornaments out of foam. So I don’t know if it will degrade or crack.

Q: Why do you not put the thickness on this foam. I bought two big bundles and it is very thin.

It was thick enough for the ornaments I made and the flowers too
