Only worked properly for 2 weeks.then 1 stopped receiving any sound at all. How do I return?

Only one working
For the price they are good when working but then one headphone stops working. The headphones won’t pair together and only one connects to the phone and receives sound. Managed to reset once more by luck than judgement but now one headphone has stopped working again. Waste of money and would like to return.

Realmente son unos cascos que volvería a pedir, son realmente buenos y cómodos de llevar, se escuchan divinamente y además la cajita redonda muy cómoda y bonita. Otro punto a favor a añadir es la batería que también dura bastante, lo recomiendo la verdad.

Der Preis für das Gerät ist echt Spitze! Die Ton Qualität ist auch sehr gut und der Bass reicht völlig aus!Nur man kann nach einer bestimmten zeit nur noch ein Kopfhörer nuten da beide Kopfhörer als verschiedene Geräte erkannt werden...Aber ansonstenKann ich es nur Weiter Empfehlen!

Llevo probando bastante tiempo los auriculares y me han sorprendido gratamente. La autonomía es bastante larga y la calidad del sonido es muy buena.

Kaum Sound, aber was will man für 10 euro erwarten.Läßt sich zwar gut tragen aber was bringt es einem wenn der Ton mies ist.
